Do you collect sales tax?

We are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on shipments to Florida residents only.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns on all products and or exchanges of products within 20 days of invoice date. A return/exchange form is included in all packaged mailings and will need to be filled out and returned with the merchandise. Shirts and other apparel must be clean, no stains, tears or show any signs of wear. We will be happy to make exchanges for a different size or style within a 20 day grace period. The customer will be responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. A size chart is available for viewing before purchase. If returning a poster, all prints must look new and be in its original corrugated tube. Posters that are damaged will not be accepted for return upon receipt.

Mouse pads are wrapped in clear plastic. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if mouse pad has apparent wear, stains or used. Shipping charges are non refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring your return products when mailing back. A credit will be issued promptly on your credit card when we receive and inspect your return.

How do I care for my new shirt?

All toddler and youth t-shirts are Gildan, preshrunk, 100% Ultra Cotton, 6.1 oz weight. Our Infant t-shirts are Rabbit Skins brand, preshrunk,100% Ultra Cotton, 5.5 oz. weight. Both brands are very soft and durable for repeated washing and wear. The shirt images are Jet-Pro soft-stretch heat transfers printed in the USA. This application methed uses high heat temperatures to tattoo the image into fabric for a soft feel. We use white t-shirts for better color and clarity of image. For best care results, turn shirt inside out before washing and use a cold water wash/rinse method with a mild detergent. You can “Spot” spray for stains with no problem to image. Do not iron over image. Turn garment inside out to iron.  Use only non-chlorine bleach to brighten whites if needed.

Mail-in Orders

How do I mail in my order?

If you prefer to mail in your order, we accept money orders and personal checks with mail orders only. All checks must clear our bank before we ship products. Shipping and handling charges and tax if applicable, will apply and must be included in the amount mailed. You may download this form at any time. Please remember that shipping cost depends on the amount of product total. If you live in Florida, a sales tax 6.5% will apply to your purchase total. Shipping & Returns

How will you ship my order and when will I receive it?

Your order ships directly from Little Witness Wear in Panama City, Florida. All orders ship from our location within 2-3 business days from the invoice and payment date. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Please allow extra time for large orders or busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas. Most orders are packaged and shipped out within 2-3 business days and should be received within 10-14 business days depending on your location from ours in Florida, with exception to residents in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and International locations

Little Witness Wear ships United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service within the continental US. Canada and International packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. UPS carrier insures and tracks our packages. You should receive your tracking number via email when packaged is shipped for all UPS packages. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address.  

What if I need my order to arrive quickly?

You can choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. As you know, these ship methods are costly and you the customer will be required to pay the extra price. Orders placed with these ship methods usually ship from our location the same day of purchase or the next day of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends and product availability. We will email your UPS tracking number to the email address you provide during checkout. Please contact us by email if you need your order shipped other than what we provide at checkout.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes we will. We use United States Postal Service for all our Canadian and International shipping.  The same shipping process discussed above applies. Destination arrival times depend on location, weather, and USPS services. Most shipping times are from 15-21 days depending on the factors mentioned.
